Brewstock is a new festival bringing together homebrew clubs from across Victoria for a day of beer, food, music and good company.

Each participating club will run a bar based around a chosen country.
We have selected the USA.
We’re looking for members to help us bring our American bar to life. We need:
Homebrewed beer, cider or mead. We’re aiming for at least eight kegs
Volunteers to help set up and run the bar
American-themed decorations, clothing, food and snacks
Your beer doesn’t have to be a traditional American style. Although making a killer American pale ale or IPA would be just as welcome.
These are some ideas ChatGPT spat out for me:
Elvis Stout – peanut butter, banana and chocolate
Key Lime Pie Sour – lime, vanilla and lactose
Bourbon Pecan Pie Brown Ale – caramel, toasted pecans and bourbon oak
Root Beer Porter – vanilla, sarsaparilla and wintergreen
Peanut Butter and Jelly Brown Ale – peanut butter with raspberry or grape
Thanksgiving Saison – cranberry, orange peel and a subtle touch of sage

Creativity is encouraged, and anything with an American connection is welcome.
Tickets will include meals, with live music, a DJ, sponsor presentations and other activities throughout the event.
Tickets are expected to go on sale later in August. The ticket price, exact location and transport arrangements will be provided once they are confirmed.
